SHOPPING WITH SOMEONE ELSE'S MONEY!!!

Today around lunch time the owner of my company, Betty Jo told us three office girls that she was sending us somewhere. We pulled up at this big old house. Hmm.... look in the window.Oh, look. It is a nice boutique. It is called Three Generations. We were going shopping and Betty Jo was paying!!!

This place was so cool. I wish I would have taken more pictures. There were beautiful chandeliers and the hard wood floors were painted to look like rugs.
Here is Jeanne looking in one of the rooms. Each room has different items and brands.

The dressing rooms were gorgeous and the lady's just brought us all kinds of outfits and told us what to try with what. I felt like I was in a movie.

So, we each had a limit of $500. Yes, 5 HUNDRED dollars. I have never in my life spent that much on clothes! Then looking at the price tags I thought maybe I was not going to get many things. These little tank tops were priced at $81 each.

And this blue skirt I loved was priced at $104. Wow, do people really pay this much for clothes? LOL!

Well, we did not have to pay those prices. Once a year the store does a $10.oo room. Everything in the room is $10.00. Then they had a 30% room and a 50% rack. Plus the owners are good friends of Betty Jo's and she gets a discount on top of that. So in the end I got tons of clothes. I think about 15 pieces all together. Jeanne spent some of her money on jewelry. This outfit has brown capris with a yellow shirt and this retro looking jacket.

This pink cut out shirt looks great with a pair of French Dressing wide legged jeans I got.

Here is that great blue skirt.
And I got two of the tank tops.

This outfit is my favorite. The picture does not do it justice but I will get a picture of me in it. It is jeans with a jean jacket and a gray sweater. I can also wear those tank tops with this to change up the color.

I am so thankful to work for such good people. They do so many little things for us. We had such a good time today!

Somehow I can't see the principal of my school doing that for all of us (120 teachers)...

Pity. It looks like fun!

I love that little boutique that you got to go shopping in.
What a great boss you have.
That is soo nice. What a treat to be sent on a shopping spree.

You got some really nice clothes.
I like everything that you picked out.
I'm not one to spend big either...spend one $100 on one skirt...like you mentioned. I like to get more clothes for the money.
